Sescom offers comprehensive facility management services for retail chains. We provide technical maintenance and optimisation services for retail outlets across their entire lifecycle.

Due to planned business expansion, we are looking for people who will support us as Business Development Manager on DACH market.

 

A person in this role will be responsible for cooperation with Service and Installation Directors to develop our business and coordinate the strategic growth of the company on the DACH market.

Must be a strong role to be an equal partner to Service and Installation Directors and coordinate mutual efforts to scale up the business. Preferably a person with an experience in developing similar business (general construction, technical services, MEP services) in Germany. 

 

Please, notice that we are looking for a person living in Germany.

Za co będziesz odpowiedzialny/a:
  • Securing new maintenance and installation contracts on the DACH market.
  • Coordinating and driving constant sales actions (tenders, meetings, events) with the support from Key Account Manager from Sescom Group (mother company).
  • Supporting the development of service network in cooperation with other Directors.
  • Monitoring the pipeline of installation works and service contracts.
  • Identifying opportunities and applying the right strategies to enhance sales in both Service and Installations Departments.
  • Reviewing the existing and new contracts in terms of rentability.
  • Upselling and identifying new business opportunities with existing customers (i.e. by entering the DACH market with existing customers, launching new services with them after feasibility study of potential contract extension).
  • Setting up new subsidiaries (if feasible).
Jakie kompetencje są niezbędne:
  • Experience in working with customers (the retail industry is especially welcome).
  • Experience in working in an organization with dynamic growth, scaling up the business, opening new subsidiaries.
  • Experience in active working with sales pipeline.
  • Experience with working with budgets, reaching set out goals.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in negotiations.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German, spoken and written.
  • Important information - we are looking for a person living in Germany.
