As part of its planned expansion in the B-NL-LUX market, IM Duurzaam (Sescom Group) is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Installation and Service Directors to drive business growth and strategic development across The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. This role will be pivotal in securing new maintenance and installation contracts, managing the sales pipeline, and expanding the company's service network.
IM Duurzaam (Sescom Group) is looking for a proactive professional with a proven track record of business
development in similar sectors (construction, technical services, MEP services) in The Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will work as an equal partner to the directors in driving the company's growth.

Your responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- securing new maintenance and installation contracts in the Benelux market, particularly in niche retail sectors such as high fashion, beauty, luxury, and supermarkets;
- engaging with key decision-makers (facility managers, purchasing managers) to position Sescom as the preferred partner;
- upselling and identifying new business opportunities with existing customers, such as launching new services and entering new markets.
Business Development and Strategic Growth:
- developing and executing strategies to expand Sescom's footprint;
- collaborating with relevant stakeholders to align efforts and drive the growth of our business in the region;
- monitoring the pipeline of installation works and service contracts, ensuring strategic alignment with business
objectives.
Sales and Networking:
- coordinating and driving sales actions, including tenders, meetings, and events;
- actively working with the sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying opportunities to enhance sales in both
Service and Installation Departments;
- working closely with other directors to support the development of a service network across the B-NL-LUX region.
Operational Oversight:
- reviewing the profitability of existing and new contracts to ensure financial success;
- contributing to the operational alignment of acquired companies during post-merger integration.
