Sescom offers comprehensive facility management services for retail chains. We provide technical maintenance and optimisation services for retail outlets across their entire lifecycle.

Due to planned projects, we are looking for people who will support us in the implementation of HVAC projects as Project Managers.

We would like to expand our database of project managers with fluent German and English speakers. The main market in which these people will operate is DACH, especially Germany.

Tasks:

Conducting end-to-end HVAC installation/modernization projects for retail industry leaders
Planning, implementing and measuring results of provided projects.
Taking responsibility for delivering all projects on time and within budget.
Developing detailed project plans and schedules.
Identifying, managing and minimizing risks in the project.
Cost estimating.
Acquiring, contracting and controling subcontractors.
Measuring and control over progress, status reporting including all deviations (costs, scheduling and quality requirements).
Solving emerging problems to ensure successful project delivery.
Regular status updates and project reviews to the technical department and other stakeholders.

Requirments:

At least 5 years experience in HVAC installation/ HVAC modernization projects (retail or office industry). Professional experience in FM and fit out projects are a big advantage.
Strong project managment skills.
Ability to cooperate with subcontractors and manage their skills and resources.
Budget managment in the range 50 000 – 1 milion euro.
Fluent German enabling easy contact on the German market.
Very good English enabling business contacts.
Well-developed communication skills.
